Returns and Cancellations
- All of my illustrations are print on demand, which means they are custom made , especially for you. Therefore, I do not offer returns.
- I make an exception in case of an item damaged during delivery: Once a photo of the damaged item is received, a new print will be processed by me and re-shipped to you.
- Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded . Please check the spelling of your order and if you have any questions please inquire via the contact form before placing your order, I am always happy to help.
- Once your order has been sent for printing/processing it is not possible to cancel it.
- Please check measurements and sizes as I am not responsible for incorrect sizes ordered. If you need help with a print or an item that needs to fit a certain frame or area, I'm more than happy to help.
- Posters are delivered unframed .
