The prints are packaged in a transparent sleeve and will be carefully slipped into a rigid and protective envelope so that they arrive in perfect condition.

All orders are custom printed once the order is placed, and typically takes 5-10 business days.

Items are shipped from FRANCE by standard mail. We strongly recommend that international customers opt for tracked delivery for peace of mind and faster delivery.

For rush orders, please email us for express shipping and tracking costs.

The actual delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for postal delays.

Please check spelling when ordering and if you have any questions please inquire before placing your order.
Once your order has been sent for printing/processing it is not possible to cancel it.
Please check your measurements and sizes as we are not responsible for incorrect sizes ordered. If you need help getting a print or item to fit a certain frame or area, we are more than happy to help.
